Crowd-Sourced Help Page for New Players

Everyone should be able to edit this thread. If you have thoughts about things that need to be added to the Welcome page, or a second post-welcome page or the Help! thread, suggest or write them up here, and we can hash out the wording. Same for changes to the existing pages, I just tossed them together in a hurry after there was demand for a game such as these and then people started joining before it was even created. :)

More detailed description of the flavour of this game vs. the PDF.
Summary of current events.
