Red bottom bar menu not available on new thread.

When creating a new thread the red bottom bar and all its menus are not displayed.

It would be useful to have access to Characters, Snippets, and the like, when making new threads.

Thanks. I keep meaning to change that, but it's a DB thing, not a code thing. We just need to run this on the DB:
