Making some more use of the data.
Not shown on mobile (as they're quite cluttery on small screens).
Swapped open to green and closed to red.

A lot of duplicated information there. Information that people may stop adding to their thread headers because of this feature, which them means mobile do not have it at all. This seems bad.

Maybe just an open/closed badge, for the reason vague indicated. Otherwise, nice

I think the GP short system names (e.g. dnd5) work well on mobile, but still using the custom name where available.
Losing the triangles and using a bit of ellipsis clipping if the name is too long just to keep the mobile UI a little more compact.
