bug/mentions_nested_quotes

Bug discovered by KoldikSteelskin where mentions are still picked up in nested quotes.
The mention shouldn't be picked up.

Will make a second account there so I can test this.

Does creating accounts work there?

You can mention yourself. No, you can't easily create a second account as it has no email.

Seems to be working.

Related: Editing a post with mentions creates new mentions, (but not doubles), but this might be the desired outcome.
