Curious: has anyone on GP checked out this gently tweaked Ranger?

...thoughts?

Admin Edit: Just made it a link and added the 5e tag.

I've tried every PHB and UA variant, but haven't had a chance to look at any homebrews. This looks awfully like the standard PHB ranger. Can you point out the differences? I don't have my pdf's right now.

The archetypes are a bit different, the skills are buffed. It makes it so there's more than one skill that min/maxers can consider.

Foe example, default 'Steel Will' just gives you advantage against fear, but the edit makes you immune to fear.

I like how it improves the viability of the Beast Master. The Ranger's Beast now has Hit Dice, Death Saves and increases its HP as the Ranger advances in level.
