Relying on small-drone deliveries for anything in or out, the residents hardly ever leave. When they do, they use the aircraft on the single landing-pad on the roof.
The Heights' exports are mainly bleeding-edge tech, a few medicines, but mainly focused on the processes used to make such chemicals.
Below the perpetual smog cloud, the building looks abandoned. Above it looks almost pristine. In the smog-band: no one knows what it looks like.
It is supposed that the residents occupy the highest levels --where they view is most majestic-- and that the industrial sectors are lower down.
The roof is heavily guarded by automated antiaircraft and antipersonal guns. Trying to gain ingress from the top is deemed unfeasible (but you are resourceful, and may be able to come up with a plan).
