A Dresden Files haunted manshion night

I would like to try a Dresden File game, to get a feel of this game, so I propose this scenario about teenagers who want to stay in a house that people called haunted, a victorian two story house scary enough by day.

But even scarier when you know a triple homicide took place several years ago, would the daring teenagers survive the night ?

Game is ready for 5 to 7 people.

Partly pre-generate characters :
- Athletic kid (default guy)
- Jocker (default guy)
- Rich Sexy (default gal)
- Curious (default gal)
- Medium (default guy)
- Good friend (default gal)
- Cultist (default guy)

how is the world of Dresden connected to his story?
As I recall the Dresden Files Games System then is a more gritty version of FATE.

Correct it is part of Dresden files universe, the only is you are not too powerfull cause you are teenagers.

And I try to make it beginner friendly anyway ;)

But please vote, the story will be more a frightening ghost story or a full fledge ghost horror story depending on your choice.

I don't know the Dresden Files series nor system, but I do know FATE. Is that enough to play the game?

Just out of curiosity, will the system be the original Dresden Files RPG, or the newer Dresden Files Accelerated?

Original Dresden File from 2000, based on Fate.

And you do not even need to know Fate (it is a plus).

I don't know the system at all, but I do love the genre both as horror or mystery.

Yep these books, there are three volumes.

So far I invited everybody, there are 5 players, it is the minimum to play, so the game is ready, I will wait gin a couple of days to see if we can fill up all the spots.

The poll percentage are a little weird though, we should get 100% tota.

Pretty sure DFRPG came out in 2010, DFA came out in 2017. Regardless, have a great game!

The copyright on the book says 2000 to Wizards of the Coast.

The one published by Evil Hat? I suspect that WotC reference is for something else, some OGL thing?

Im interest in Jocker. first time PBP but long time for tabletop RPG and familiar with FATE system. Never play Dresend file but read only first book
