Character Sheet - Avatar upload failures

Is it possible to add an error message when an avatar is rejected?

For example, if you try to upload one that is too large, nothing really happens, so you try again. Many times, in different browsers. Then you ask someone and they say, "There is a 1 megabyte limit, I think."

There is also an issue with re-uploading an avatar with the same name. I remember talking with Keith about it sometime ago

Unfortunately, my docker build doesn't allow image processing, so I can't fix any avatar stuff.

I believe K's fixed the docker script to enable image processing (for staging), but it might be a while before I can even look at this.
