Recruitment: Puttting up tags on the threads?

How do you post tags like setting and system tags on the recruitment title. I noticed this around and wondered how it is done. Is it done automatically when you make a game thread?

It's done automatically if you link a games details page to a recruitment thread (you can add the recruitment thread URL to the games details)
