Background:
Peli grew up in Honeyspring. There is a new human trade outpost called Valleyway nearby.

Arthur has beed disowned from house Yorgish. They are located in/near Stoneford or Reedhollow (probably Thornside?). The elf noble in question is part of Lingarn's retinue (NtS#2 p.24) (Lord Tellorn?)?

Tyr Bestlasse comes from the small grouping of islands in the Fornaron sea. Those islands are technically outside of the Northern Kingdoms as Helroth's Tower (Mindas-an Helroth) is considered the/is located in the north-eastern tip of the Northern Kingdoms. The men who lived there probably ended up becoming hardy fold as they had to fight the Enemy without the help of the elves and dwarves...
