Full Thread button on Forum Page

I think it'd be pretty useful to have a button on forum pages next to where the page numbers are that directly leads to the full thread view of the thread rather than just to an individual page (like the X of X button does when you're in the thread itself)

Maybe call it 'All' or something like that rather than '1-17'?
