Under The Gamers, who counts as active, technically?

I thought 'Inactive' meant they hadn't posted in the forum in 1 month, but I may be wrong on the timeline. You will also see Inactive users in the forum with a little 'Zzz' icon below their avatar.

Inactive starts at two weeks. If you mouse over the inactive icon, it'll tell you how long they've been inactive.

I don't think inactive users (with the Zzz's) show up in The Gamers list. Do they?

Does Inactive mean "hasn't posted" or "hasn't logged in"?
