Announcement of admins and contact procedure?

Hi,

I wanted to ping an admin for advertising permission, but could not find the post that had the list of admins.

I think it was under the topic about how to use note= / private= to contact the admins, but can't find that topic, either.

Maybe it would be nice to have a list of admins, along with a summary of the admin contact procedure, as a topic under the Announcements forum.

I'm sorry if it's already somewhere that I just completely overlooked.

I post the list of mods under each introduction post and there is a thread that's made for contacting mods, but those might not be the most obvious places to check. Creating a mod list post in the announcements subforum is trivial, so so I'm going to do that as well. It can't hurt.
