# The Scenario
You are touring the villages and fortresses that are near the Veil. You have come to the forest village called Limm. The village is in turmoil: a body, ravaged by beasts, has been found. The deceased was well-loved in Limm, in all senses; he was a handsome and seductive young man whom many adored. His peers are in dramatic mourning, his elders are saddened, the younglings are fearful. They turn to you Guardians for answers:
- What did this?
- Is there still a danger?
- Can you track it down and kill it?
# Context
The Veil surrounds the Kingdom called Khelia, and is supposed to keep out the various monsters that have menaced the Kingdom. It also keeps the populace from wandering out into the Monstrous Lands. The Guardians, like yourselves, are a loosely-ruled and almost-organized association of adventurers who have pledged to serve the Arcane Order. The Arcanes are the mages who established the Veil, and who do other things in the best interests of Khelia.
