Capture the flag

Make a map of a city.
Hide 3 artifacts in the city.

Create many NPCs that:
Give clues to artifacts.
Give false clues to artifacts.
Just wanna fight you.

Then create the game twice. Invite a party of 4 to one, and another party to the other.

First one to collect all 3 artifacts wins.
