The Thieves Cant

An OOC place for the Rogues to scheme

Was thinking about creating a small gang of thieves with a common goal. Working together we do our thing. As far as a goal goes, Im thinking it might be something along the lines of disdain for the Nobility. The common folk can appreciaate that as well as other Thieves. Our targets would be mostly nobles of course, robbing and embarrasing them and such.

I'm probably interested, it seems more or less in line with my plans. That said, the DM may or may not want us making our own thread before things even get started.

Rogues are rebels! So do you have something your particularily good at? If we can blend our skillsets we could be pretty effective. Do believe ive shared my char in the library

Character-wise, yes. Players still need to listen to the DM though.
At level 1? It would most likely end poorly for Aurus. Lol

Nice thread. I was planning on artifact hunt, old texts, etc. If thoses happen to be in a noble possession then the better. I'm sure we'll find ways to align our goals or find new ones.

The reason I got in town was because of an old book that I'm not able to decypher. My character hope to find something to help him with that

My reason for thievery are philosophical/religious. I was raised in a temple dedicated to the god of thieves. Although I would steal for no good reason at all, most of my activities would be centered around robbing the rich or nobles, embarrassing them, exposing their hypocrisy and reminding them that they are vulnerable and not at the top of the food chain like they would have others believe. So I guess I’m playing an Anti-hero.
