Suggestion: add page chooser on top of thread

Now if you opened thread and want to go to last page you have 2 choices:
1) Go back and click on "down arrow" button or page number in thread chooser
2) Scroll you way down the page to get page chooser near footer.

For example see excellent thread by kalajel
This small feature can ease navigation.
