both the game creator and myself are fresh out of ideas. can some1 offer me some assistication, please?

Does the game support the type of character sheet that you're wanting to submit?

Yes, that's on the GM side but it accepts SW sheets which yours is. Going off your screenshot, it looks like it's not a character you made but one from the library. I've never tried to use one from there, so maybe that's the issue.

If someone else has done that before, maybe they can help out

No, what I mean is that it's a character you found in the library and favorited. I've never done that before so I don't know if it works that way. Maybe just copy the contents of the sheet into one that you made yourself and try again then.

Are you using the character sheet elsewhere? Your player profile says one SW sheet, but you've run (or a GM for) multiple SW games; is that sheet used in one of those games? If so, unfortunately we can't link one sheet across multiple games.

Is there a place with instructions for making a secret GM thread? I want a place to leave notes the players can't see on this site rather than bouncing over to my Google Drive.

I'm guessing the subforum and groups are my answer, but I'm not figuring it out.

It might be better to start a new thread since this is a new question unrelated to the one you have piggybacked onto.

Tell us what you have done, but setting the group's Read Permission to No should prevent everyone but the GM from seeing subforum. The group will have the same name as the game, and those rules should apply to people not in the game as well.
