Goblin is fine. All official content is fine.
The only variation is that I start charters with only 2 traits and no weapon Mastery

Animal Empathy
This is a bit much for a minor item as they are not intended for combat. A minor item had functions that are weaker than a trait.

Animal Empathy
The amulet allows you to sence animal emotions. Gain advantage to gain information or communicate with an animal after spending 2 rounds building a report with an animal.

Looks like there was a miss communication
Characters start with heritage +2 traits

I was not sure if Heritage Trait was counted as one of the 2 traits or if I receive the Goblin Heritage Trait in addition to the 2 traits?

Heritage : Goblin
Trait 1 : Opportunist
Trait 2 : choose one more

@psybermagi sorry for silly question but i can't figure out how to post my roll for awareness

There are a couple of ways
1. Below Quick Reply is the Role section. With the drop down dry to Basic click Add. This adds some lines. Add a description on the Reason field and in Roll enter 2d6

2. Below Rolls you should see your character name as a grey button. Clicking it will expand your character sheet below that. Then just tap the 2d6 button in the Basic column below your HP

i have the Reason bar and roll filled out but i cant seem submit it to the chat

Psybermagi With my goblin racial with resolute and opportunist trait do they synergize like i thought they do? If i dodge an attack with racial does my opportunist trait kick in allowing for immediately make an attack with Disadvantage against them? I'll play it out and any corrections can be made as you require.

Goblin Agility: You can Test 1d6 whenever you are successfully hit by an enemy. If your Test is successful, you evade the attack and do not take damage. Declaring Evade as an Action has no additional benefit.
Resolute: You gain Advantage on all Save Tests.
Opportunist: If an enemy within range fails to hit with an attack against you, you may immediately make an attack with Disadvantage against that enemy.
Shield Bearer: While wielding a shield, Test with 2d6 on Evade or Goblin Agility Actions instead of 1d6. If you choose this Trait, your Adventurer gains a shield at Adventurer creation.

The way I take it Resolute is only for Save Tests. Goblin Agility is not a Save so Resolute does not apply. Shield Bearer can apply to Goblin Agility as it explicitly includes it.

If you want to trade Resolute for Shield Bearer that is fine

Opportunist does synergize and you do get to attack

Okay updating character sheet. Removing Resolute and replacing with Shield Bearer. Updated to 1 handed sword as well.
