Okay, time to discuss your character concepts.

I'm thinking of playing a sort of Duelist or possibly a Soldier. How big is detailed do you want our background to be?

I definitely want someone down on their luck one way or another. Feels very Dunwall to be living on the edge of going away from debtor's prison. Looking at the archetypes, I could go Courier, Entrepreneur, or Miscreant.

Well, I like it in the middle, not too detailed that it spans 10 paragraphs and not too little that it's just 1 sentence.

Once per scene, when an ally or subordinate would see their stress track filled, you may add 2 to Chaos as a minor action in order to berate and shame them into recovering immediately. After adding all stress, they may take one out (leaving them with one blank box in the track)

Backstory

Exa Ple was a former coal miner that started a union for other coal miners that work in Pendleton Mines, unti he was fired.

I'm torn between the Duelist and the Soldier. I'm probably leaning more towards the Duelist though. What about you?

Ok, So right now I was Planning to play as a noble thirdchild (More excuse to make fame and fortune), who stumbles onto the relics of the outsider as he travels the Isles and once returned home he starts to spend much of his money into the occult and seeking those that can teach him, perapsh we could aslo add a Fianceé that is being pushed away by this drive to prove his own worth ?

Ok, let's see how this guy does... Hopefully he isn't going to be a waste of oxygen.

Aereon, I don't think this game uses rolled stats.

... D20 system has the classic roll 4d6 for attributes?
Or we're using the standard array?

Modiphius calls their system "2d20" which may be part of the confusion. IIRC, the stats are not rolled. I don't have the book in front of me.

Ah I don't have that manual and I'm buying gifts for Christmas so I don't think I'll be Able to buy the manuals.
