It was luck of the draw that I stumbled on here right after your roll. You should be starting with 130gp, since it's 3d6 x 10.

Approved. There's a few things to still fill in, such as AC and some more of your equipment. You also need to roll for HP, which is a d6 (rerolling if you roll a 1).

I'm out and about today, but if the thieves tools aren't listed, I'd guess they go for 20 or 25 gold. I can find you a better answer later today.
