Day: Normal days. Not much weather. No sea around and just random streams.

Casper: Is where you start. It is a village that is in a forest. It is two weeks wagon trip from the next no nothing town. Casper really is mostly lumber yard. It has a stream nearby but not good enough to use for logging or transport.

It has an adventuring guild (you're a new member) and it stays absolutely isolated from the Casper mostly. Should you manage to involve yourself with Casper business, your membership is expired. Adventuring Guild and mayor have a very bad relationship. At best there is a general store that basic adventuring gear is available and at standard prices. The monies available for selling objects is rather limited.

One church of Mielikki is available, but not a high-level priest.

You have free rooms and board due to an Adventure guild membership. Treat your lifestyle now as Comfy. Your membership dues are paid for 30 days. After that it is 1gp a day. You're in a Hotel there with paid rooms. Hotel is a towering 3 stories high. Your rooms are on the third floor with a long stair. You can expect good privacy and no thieving. Each of you have individual room that are relatively adjacent.

Needless to say, the town isn't the adventure. And your membership is required for play.

Ruins: They are 4 days to North. Rather close. It is all forest to get there. Suggest provisions and shelters per forest.

The Artifact: Your basically hired by the adventurer's guild there in Casper. The artifact looks like a crystal ball so it is easy to spot. You are given a special sack (note it on one player character) to put the crystal ball in. You are not to touch it. Scoop and carry. Death warning.
