Background info : Though normally more comfortable in the wilds you have been called to this dwarven city by another far traveling friend, Uallas.
is a druid and usually spend their time in the dep wilds. They sent you a message claiming to be investigating a potential threat, or boon but they need more help from those they can trust. You were directed to come to this town and enlist with the "Expedition". This should allow you to join Uallas without any suspicion as they Expedition has been hiring adventurers faster than they are going through them. He warns you that this Expedition has ties to all three major powers, The Holy Nations, The Freeholds, and the Kingdoms, where you and Uallas hail from. As such there is likely a lot of politics and he wants you to pay attention but do so covertly and not get involved.

Upon reaching the city you soon heard of the local recruiter Corwin but have not contacted him but rather spent the day listening to tavern talk about the expedition. Toward the end of the day you spotted another lizardfolk enter in the company of a human. Your placement kept you from direct sight as they ate and talked. The human male was obviously a bit nervous and you have not managed to overhear any of their conversation but a fellow clansmen in this foreign land should be good company.
