Armour

Vacc Suits
Vacc Suits are very useful items to have on a starship. They allow you to survive in case of sudden decompression as a result of a hull breach, or if life support fails. They also allow you to explore areas with little atmosphere or other harsh conditions. Furthermore, they provide decent armour. If you have the Vacc Suit skill, I'd get the following:

GOOD OPTION: TL 12 Boarding Vacc Suit. Protection +13, Cr24,000, Requires Vacc Suit 1
BUDGET OPTION: TL 10 Vacc Suit. Protection +8, Cr11,000, Requires Vacc Suit 0

Vacc Suits have integrated devices built into them!

Cloth Armour
Cloth Armour at TL 12 can be worn UNDER any other armour or act as normal clothes. When worn under other armour, its +4 protection STACKS with your other armour. For the price of Cr750, it is worth it!

TL 12 Cloth Armour, Protection +4, Cr750, No Skill required.

Addons
Embedded Computer Systems: Did you know that Armour can boost your skills? With the electronics suite in your Vacc Suit, you can run expert software that assists you in specific tasks it's programmed for. Expert-X gives DM+X. If you do not have that skill, it cancels out the -3 penalty for being untrained! Only works for INT and EDU based skills.

Expert-1 plus Intelligent Interface: Cr1,100

You'd need the TL 12 Vacc Suit to run this.

Magnetic Grapples: This allows you to walk normally in low or zero gravity environments. Only costs Cr100!

Self Sealing: This is a GREAT feature to get on any Vacc suit. For Cr2000, you can upgrade your Vacc suit to seal any holes. Without it, if you take damage in space, you can have a very bad day.

Medical Equipment

Medikits: A TL 12 medikit provides a DM+2 to all medical checks to provide first aid, and would enable you to perform an emergency surgery away from a hospital. That's Cr5000 that you won't regret spending. These are way better than the cheaper field medical kits.

Personal Medical Scanner: Not the same as a medical tricorder from Star Trek, this is a device worn by a single Traveller that just reads their biological signs. However, it provides an additional DM+1 to all medical checks applied to that Traveller (and stacks with Medikits). Cr1000 per Traveller.

Trauma Pack: Emergency resuscitation drugs for Cr750 a dose. Requires a Medic check, and restores 1D END to a wounded Traveller. This END can be used to bring a DEAD Traveller back from 0 or less END, so long as their last wound was suffered within 1D rounds. This regained END lasts for 1D hours, at which point it vanishes, potentially killing the Traveller.

Panacea: A cure-all drug that makes everything better with no side effects. A Traveller using panaceas may make a Medic check as if he had Medic 0.

Eventually, it would be nice to get a Sickbay built inside the Wayward Wind. If you get badly shot up in a system with no hospitals, you could be in for some trouble. That's on the scale of MCr2+, so we'll have to cross that bridge later.

Weapons

Zuni
You could replace your Laser Pistol for Cr2000. You aren't trained in gun combat, but with your DEX and Jack of all Trades, you're at -1 to hit. You could add a laser sight to bring that up to +0 to hit targets less than 50m away for Cr200, or a Personal HUD to bring it up to +0 at any range for Cr2000.
[ +- ] Laser Pistol
You're trained in Melee, so a Static Blade like Seally's got would be a potent weapon at Cr900. You'd be +1 to hit with it.
[ +- ] Static Blade
You're also trained in athletics, so you're good at throwing things like grenades (+1 to hit). Check out the Stun Grenade! If it drops their END to zero, it knocks them out.
[ +- ] Stun Grenade
Alerio
You can throw grenades even better than Zuni (+3 to hit)! Stun grenades are pretty great.
[ +- ] Stun Grenade
Otherwise, you're stacked in the guns department already with your H.A.C.R.

Seally

I hope you stick with the ancestral blade. We didn't see it shine in the last combat, but that was mostly bad luck. You could get a shield for +1 protection and -1 to be hit by melee attacks, but that might mess with your aesthetic.
[ +- ] Riot Shield
Fallon

Fallon doesn't have a lot of fighting skills (unless she's shooting a starship's guns). Looks like she already have a personal HUD for +1 to gun combat attacks to offset your -3 untrained penalty. A better revolver would be the Snub Pistol, which has no recoil. If you were in a zero-g situation, that would be useful, and only costs Cr150. You could also get a Laser Pistol, which would do more damage.

He will take the laser pistol and HUD, the static blade and 4 stun grenades and one vac suit for which he is trained. He will give Seally her Flechette back with his thanks. He also took all the recommended Medical stuff (and 4 panaceas). Also the vacc suit 12 and Expert-1 plus Intelligent Interface, Magnetic Grapples, Self Sealing.

What should he get for under vacc suit armor? Or does he even need it? He has 54,580 creds left from his own stash.

I think it's worth it to get the cloth armour. Its +4 protection stacks with your boarding vacc suit, giving you a total protection of +17! That makes you nearly invulnerable to a lot of regular weapons (handguns and such) for the price of Cr750.

Zuni already has cloth armor from the beginning of the game. It's one of the few things he had back then. So yay!

Zuni has the Cr250 one that works as its own +5 armour, but can't be worn under another suit. You have to buy the Cr750 one that provides only +4 protection but can be worn underneath armour.

Since this is your first Traveller game and might not have known what one cloth did over the other, let's just pretend you didn't buy the other cloth armour and take the full refund!

Thank you, that's awesome!
