Trust me, I get it. Running a game is a big commitment, far moreso than just playing. And real life is far more important than a game. I've been tired for probably 15 years, and not a tired that a few more hours of sleep will fix, so... I sympathize. I really do.

I've recently hit a wall myself where I've had to drop almost all my pbp games. There's no shame in making this a low priority.

Sounds like depression. Have you spoken to anyone about it?

I'm no therapist (and I don't know if your partner is) but some things that have helped my friends are journaling, exercise, volunteering, and just making sure they spend some time in nature. Pretty standard stuff, but often recommended because they do work for some people.
