The magnificent Purple Sorcerer 0-level party generator can create a mostly correct group of 0-level wastelanders. It's a good place to start, but a few things won't be right.:
* Characters won't have a race/species defined
* Lucky signs will be incorrect (they will be normal DCC signs, not Umerica signs)
* PCs will be missing their Umerican random gear
So, here are the complete steps for getting your funnel fodder ready:
1. Gen up a 0-level party of 4 on the Purple Sorcerer generator, with the following settings:2. Roll for Species on the following table (I've included extras from expansion books):
* Oooo. You rolled Beastkin! There's another roll (1d30) to find out what kind of half-animal you are. That table is too much of a pain to put into this post. If you roll up a beastkin, put in a d30 roll somewhere and I'll tell you what kind of animal you got.
3. Roll for Lucky Sign on the following table.

NOTE: We'll be playing "Super Ray of Light" lucky signs, which means your lucky sign modifier is either +1 or your Luck modifier, whichever is better.
4. Roll up a piece of random gear!

5. Win a Prize!And that should do it.

[ +- ] Free Armor
I'm giving everyone a free piece of armor. Not because I want to make things easier (thought it will), but because Umerica has weird armor rules, and I want to practice using them. If you haven't read the armor rules yet, I've posted them here.
Free Armor: Feeble armor with a d3 armor die. This is roughly the equivalent of football shoulder pads, but you can describe it however you like.
