Yup, that's exactly what I thought. He found out that it was run by vampires because they took out his lover Isabella and drank all her blood. Isabella was a coworker with Ajay and whether she is alive or not is totally up to you (*wink*). He investigated and found out the building which ran the blood collection center. It was also a notable hideout for the vampires and he blew the building up.
