I normally use the
[_=2/3]
to to mark my spend ressourses

Totally works. I just need to be able to tell where they are at. That is just my method which is just a less fancy version of yours.

I think you accidentally edit my post instead of quoting it.

Anyways stats: rolling or point buy?

But yes. Point buy or standard array.

Rolling always seems like a crap shoot to me and could imbalance encounter design

Okay, so I'm definitely going Ranger I think. I'm not 100% on the race yet. Still haven't finished reading up on all the lore, saving that for tonight. w00t!

Anyone else know what class they'll be playing yet? I think I saw a Warlock, and I think someone mentioned a Rogue in the recruitment page, but curious what the party makeup will be like.

Just saying, i love ranger for this setting just fits so well thematically.

Note: beast master/drakwarden totally viable in setting. Same with find familiar, maybe some nuance but overall just slides right in.

Since you mentioned Drakewarden, does that mean that dragons exist in this campaign setting?

If so common are they (compared to how common they are in, say, Faerun)?

If there aren’t any, what would the drake be reflavored as?

Dragons and dragon-like creatures exist in the setting for sure.

Not as common, in Humblewood at least, there isn't a lot of material for outside of the Wood in official sources however in my games I make them so they are native to other world regions.

There are three dragon/drake like creatures in the bestiary. That are called other names but are certainly Dragons.

Sometimes imagine Dragons in this world with silly duck bills because male ducks are called drakes
