Stars and Wishes

If you are not familiar with the "Stars and Wishes" system, players have the opportunity to talk about what they like in the game (star) like "I really like the puzzle difficulty so far" or "Player X did a great job staying in character during this section of the game." They also have the opportunity to give recommendations to improve enjoyment of the game (wish) like "I wish the game included more combat, specifically with aliens."

Things I would like to explore
Ship Combat crew/role positions + ship systems vs enemy
Methods of exploration/travel in system/planetary, wormholes(random), jump point(predictable)
Discovering Alien races and Unknown places
(Re)Discovering mysteries.

Those choices are great. In addition, I'd like to see a living ship (doesn't have to be a leviathan), maybe some light cross-dimensional/mirror universe stuff.

Exploration to weird, alien planets would be cool.

Star: I like the party and the interplay between the characters. The story so far is really good.

Wishes: side stories enabling character background discoveries to be learned by the whole group. Not sure how to do that.

Well, I could say that before a forgotten trait or trade is used that there has to be some challenge overcome that involves the the trade/trait but the character does not get the benefit until they "recall" a fragment of their past they forgot and shared it with the rest.

Otherwise I will have to find a way for an NPC to bring up background.

I'm loving the play and the story so far!

Star: I agree the story and the interplay between characters is great!

Wish No more wishes at the moment other than the general ones I posted when we started. I really like Turanel2 suggestion about the backstory. That would be cool.
