Ok had some really good ideas to tie the whole campaign together, just need to finalize a few more things. Created gameplay thread for the prologue which I will write up tomorrow and we can start. Prologue will be the skipped level 0 and will just be creative writing posts reacting to the events, introducing your character, and responding to a few prompts I will leave everyone. Excited to get started!

Just a heads up - I'm still out of town and won't be able to get much writing done. Today is our last day, but we'll be arriving home well after midnight. I'll get some writing done tomorrow.

I will be on vacation from 6/17-6/30! I won't be posting until I get back to work on Monday, 7/1, after which I'm sure I'll have a lot of catching up to do. 🙂

Oh also, the riddle the priestesses spoke mentioned something about Kem as well! So there is an important item to the campaign here as well lol.

@nezzeraj I just noticed that Forsaken isn't listed as a player anymore. I just asked him if he left, and he said he didn't.

If we can, he'd still like to join in the game. He's just crazy busy right now, but he doesn't want to quit.

I've added the riddle to a notes section on my character sheet for future reference.

I forgot he was in the game until last night. Its been 2 full weeks since we started and still no character, and not even an update for a full week, so I figured he wouldn't be joining. It sucks that life is really busy but I don't know how long that will last and don't want the game dragged down with little communication. If he's less busy when we get to the level 2 adventure I will consider inviting him back.

I'm back from my trip now and caught up.

I am going camping tomorrow. I will return on Saturday. I do not know if there is cell reception at this lake. If there is, I'll be able to post as normal. Otherwise I will be absent.

We have the books, and soon we will have the coin to buy passage on the Halfling’s boat. Does that wrap up first city? Is there some other strand I’m forgetting?

No other threads that I know of. Once we get our cash and secure passage, we can get out of here. Unless something happens between now and then. ;)

Yeah mostly done! Visit the captain, get money, maybe stumble into a thread for the next adventure. Was just waiting for someone to say "Ok let's go collect that money now!"

I kind of thought I did that with the whole closing the book and saying let's go. :)

I may disappear this week. My grandmother seems to be on her death bed, and I might have to fly from South Korea back to Ireland to attend the funeral. It’s been 9 years since I’ve been home, too. Not a great situation to be in, to be honest. I’ll try stay going anyway, but just in case!

Probably easiest to be on the ship already and meet the characters there as you approach the city.

Sadly I think I'm going to retire the game. Losing players piecemeal has taken its toll on my motivation to keep it going. Sorry folks.
