Passions

Strong emotions—whether devotion, loyalty, love, hatred, or honor—elevate mere adventures into the stuff of legend. Glorantha myths and history are full of intense emotion, resulting in the heights of heroism and the depths of tragedy. Passionate people may perform with superhuman effort and a greater likelihood of success, and passions provide a means by which this can be done.
Passions are rated just like skills or Runes, with a percentage value indicating how intense the passion is: the higher the more intensely the passion should define the adventurer and their actions.

INSPIRATION
An adventurer may attempt to become inspired by a passion to augment a skill, with the gamemaster’s approval. Only one attempt at inspiration can be made in a situation—such as a combat, battle, meeting, ritual, etc. The inspiration lasts for the time it takes to complete the activity, such as the duration of the combat or battle (with a maximum of one day). The gamemaster determines the actual duration.
Once an attempt is made to be inspired by a Rune or passion during the situation at hand, the adventurer cannot try to be inspired again, even by a different Rune or passion. Additionally, augmentation bonuses from inspiration cannot be combined with an augment from another skill (see page 2).
When attempting to become inspired by a passion, roll against the passion’s rating on a D100:

Strike Ranks

Runequest's version of Initiative is Strike Rank and every action determines where in the round you act, lowest strike rank goes first.

If you are not in combat, you can do multiple things in a round, but keep in mind you only have 12 Strike ranks to work with. This allows you to cast a spell, move and draw a bow, for example. For Movement, you can use your MOV stat to move 3 meters per point.

Skill rolls

As with CoC, you can get a Special Success if you roll under 20% of your ability and a Critical if you roll under 5%. This is easily calculated but the reference table below breaks it down if you're less mathematically inclined , like me.

Spirit Magic

First of all, you should have some kind of focus or fetish that serves as a reminder and token of the spell. What form does this take? Suggestions below.
[ +- ] The focus
Now your roll to cast a spirit spell is POW x 5, so 95% for Vishi, so a very good chance.

You can however boost the spell with :

Meditation
-Any magician can increase the chance of casting a nonritual spell or using a Rune by using the Meditate skill successfully. This enables the caster to focus their psychic energy on the spell, effectively trading time for an increased chance of success.
[ +- ] Meditation
Ritual - An adventurer can increase their chance to successfully cast any spell (including ritual spells), use a Rune, or perform a Magic skill (such as Worship) through a ritual practice. These take many forms in Glorantha, including ascetic meditation, chanting of mantras, creating mandalas or other geometric patterns, carving of Runes, etc. All these practices allow the caster’s psychic energies to be focused for potentially great lengths of time, but can greatly increase the chance of success.
[ +- ] Ritual Preparation
Skills - An adventurer can augment their own or another adventurer’s chance of casting a spell or a magical resistance roll by using a skill such as Dance, Sing, speaking a magical language, or another skill determined by the gamemaster
