Emergency site restart, Aug 9th 2024

I'll be taking the server down in 13 minutes for a quick reboot. It should only be a few minutes. I know the server is running slow, and this should help a bit. I'll be working on longer term fixes, which may include hiring a professional to consult. If it comes to that, we may need to do a small fundraiser. If you know any server admins who'd be willing to help, let me know.

I'm happy to put some money towards making the server faster. I realize it's tough to shoulder all these costs
