So the first question...
Race: Reborn (Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft)
Background: Ruined (The Book of Many Things)
Class: Hexblade Warlock (Xanothar's Guide to Everything)
Multiclass: Paladin - Unsure what subclass currently
Any input? Thoughts, questions, concerns?
Still planning on a character who was a pretty bad person and died as a result of it, but one of the Gods essentially kicked him out of the afterlife and told him he couldn't rest until he had atoned for his wrongs... demanding he "balanced the scales" so to speak.

We are starting at level one so would you be starting warlock or paladin? I would say either one is fine. I will have either your warlock, patron or your paladin, God, as the one who kicked you back into this life. We are using forgotten realms deities.

Starting with Hexblade Warlock. I can't see a weapon from the Shadow forcing someone back to life to atone, but if you have an angle on that more power to you.

Paladins don't require Gods, so I'm not sure if I'm taking one or anything like that... it'll depend mostly on subclass, but that's a ways off.
As for story... while I have the character's core backstory in mind I'm mostly along for the ride. It's more up to me to figure out where I fit in the story you're (we're) telling. But that takes time.

Quick Q: Instead of starting equipment from background and class, can I opt for starting gold instead?

Hey @MaJunior, so I went through your character sheet and it looks good but when I went to hit approve my thumb hit reject so if you would submit it again I will approve it at that time. Sorry you have to apply it twice.
