Oste Schnitzer's expediton has a goal. And for the moment, it even has one objective. Sent here to scout and expand for Graywater, Schnizer's scouts have reported the presence of a rich mine one could use to extract precious ore.
The march runs smooth. It is hard to consider Ghyran's routes as proper roads, especially in such a remote corner of the plane. The scouts ride over dirt, rather than stone, surrounded by vegetations and crossing hills. It is then that the vanguard reports a puzzling discovery. "Sir, aye, there's one bloody elfin down the middle of the road. And she's pettin a fox" a old veteran, Thomas Murken, chews out.
The scout is right. There is one woman, clad in armor and yet draped in leaves, standing the middle of the road, casually petting a fox while laying on her side like an animal. She is clearly not human.
