Players Can't Post as Character

Like the title says. I'm DMing two games, and two players claim they can't post as their already-approved characters.

In "Choose Your Own Adventure," Heyde can't post as Leira Stormwind.

In "Shadows of Valencrest," GameMaster can't post as Lydia.

Probably not a bug, just something we haven't done properly. Anyway, help appreciated.

Does either character sheet have an avatar and name?

There is a difference between the character sheet's Label, which appears in the character submission dropdown and in the game details page, and the character sheet's Name, which is what the forum uses in the "Post As" menu. Both should be filled out.

One example of the difference is you can Label the sheet as "Awesome McDruidPants, Valenwood's Finest" but Name the character "Mr. Pants". The Label will appear in the Game Details page. The Name will appear in the "Characters" tab on the bottom of Game Details or Forums. Both Leira and Lydia don't appear in either of your game's Characters tab, which leads me to believe that neither has the Name field filled in.

Both have avatars, doesn't look like they filled out the name fields.

I've asked both of them to add their respective names. Hopefully this solves it.
