Are there any things that we should take into consideration for our character creation? Stuff that is off limits, or that you have house rules for?

No. All standard rulebook, 13 True Ways. Standard icons.

Cool. Thank you

Here are my stats. Rolling 4d6 and dropping the lowest

14, 13, 10, 12, 14, 13

This should stat out well.

Halfling Druid. Will get you the full build as soon as I'm done with referencing a couple things.

Are we rolling for stats or doing point buy?
Also I am gonna do a Human Monk, i love those things. I am probably gonna go with a character concept I thought up a while back and never got to use.
so personality wise he will be a kind soul who cares more for helping the common man then fighting. He recognizes the need for violence and all, but he is more interested in attempting to assist people through medicine or deeds than any glory or wealth. He makes a point to be optimistic, but is not necessarily high-energy.

I'd like to play a Half-elf Sorceror, who was created by the union of members of highly powerful human and elven wizard families. He was seen more as an experiment by the Arch Mage and the Elven Queen to understand more about the final potential of wizardry. I'll post the character once I finish creating him.

Sorry for anyone who rolled but if you read the game page you'll see that it's 28 point buy.

No problem. You're correct. Just habit.

Hello there! I've ran a lot of 13th Age games, and I've played in a few. Very excited for this; It's a fantastic system.

The plan was to play a Druid/Cleric multiclass, but since multiclassing is off the table I will probably just pick Cleric. That is, unless I'm inspired to do something else before I sit down to make it. Unless I change ideas, he's a wild-child forest-guardian with a love for tricks and fighting.

Phil_Ozzy_Fer, do you know what type of Druid you'll be? If you're going to be a Wild Healer, I don't want to step on your toes and be a Heal Domain Cleric, for instance. If you don't know, no problem; I was just curious.

Edit: Oh, just to mention... despite my experience with 13th Age, I have absolutely no experience with Gamers Plane. I should be able to figure it out, but I thought it was worth bringing up.

I indeed was going to go with Wild Healer, but I can shelve that. My alternate build was Forgeborn Commander. If that looks like something no one else is going to play, I'd be happy to go with that.

In fact, I'll go ahead and do that. Go with the cleric or healer and I'll go with my Commander.

Go ahead and go for wild healer if that's your first pick! I'll build around it, knowing that.

If commander is more preferable to you, then I can also build around that. Either way :)

Thanks I appreciate it, but I'm going with Commander. It will round out the group better.

As the 5th and final member of this Party of 5, I'm 95% confident that I'll be playing a Human Rogue. Hide your valuables! But don't hide them *too* well, because I still want them.

Of course! I just wanted you to pick based on what you want, because I may not be doing Cleric or Wild Healer. The original concept was a multiclass, but I'm having a hard time seeing it as only one or the other, so I may look into other things. Still working on exactly what I want to play and seeing where I'm getting the most inspiration. Just wanted to let you know in case that changed your mind.

Though looking through the books, I'm reminded that a lot of classes have the capability of providing healing. Chaos Mages and Necromancers, even.

My One Unique Thing will be that I have nothing of value.

Wow, you've all been busy. Let's aim to have characters submitted by Monday next week at the latest. Is that realistic or do you need more time?
