Rules question:
Does every bingo or whoopsie advance your journey track?

No. Bingos and Whoopsies only interact with the rules within the chapter. If your journey has a track, you advance it by spending Leftovers at the end of a chapter. Some journeys don't have tracks and are advanced by performing specific actions that the journey will detail (look at Gertrude's or Yazeba's journey for examples of that).
