The general idea of your character is fine. Still need that 1 dice cliche. Also, Coach and Former Athlete are somewhat similar. You're not required to change them, but doing so might give your character more versatility.

Name: Tevin Thompson / Chillmera
Backstory: Caribbean-American, former Olympic hopeful. (Tried a few different sports before settling on gymnast, never quite made it.) Now he coaches the next generation. Recently acquired his ice powers after getting lost on a ski vacation, and decided fighting crime would be the best use of them. obviously
Clichés:
4 Cryo-kinesis: Can create ice, and shape it into body armor, weapons, and simple constructs. Can cover existing items in ice if he is touching them. He is has cold resistance.
2 Coach: Coaches summer Olympic athletes
3 Former athlete: Still keeps in shape
1 Thrill seeker: Always chasing the next rush

Gear: Various athletic gear/ sports equipment.

I was thinking he's a team player, so coach would help support and encourage the team, and help with tactical advantages. Whereas athlete would be his ability to run, swing a golf club, jump, punch, swing a cricket bat etc. (I think his top three chichés could probably be moved around. Maybe he's a better coach than a ice power guy?)

I was thinking of maybe adrenaline junkie for the last 1, could be why he patrols the street fighting crime. Or zoology, since he would start looking to animals for inspiration for his ice constructs. 🤔 unless a q is something I want him to be bad at?

Up to you regarding the 1 dice cliche. If you're stumped, you can always remove it and go 4/3/3.

You can use any combination of 10 total dice, with 4 being the max in a single cliche.

Even 2/2/2/2/2, but that wouldn't be ideal. Still, somebody might want to make a "jack of all trades" character someday.

ah, okay. I think I'll stick with 4/3/2/1 and take thrill seeker for the 1 if that's okay.

You'll start with Fei-fei, Erin Blount, and her cameraman, at the scene of the recent battle. You heard reports of a commotion, and went to investigate. Both you and Fei-fei saw the armored personnel carrier leave, but lost sight of it once it turned a corner.

You can submit more than one character if you want to post as their alter ego/different versions. Or maybe you have some magical coding stuff to handle that....

Rocketeer's identity was a secret, but now she's been unmasked. See her character thread for more info. You're not aware of this yet, of course, since you only saw footage from the fight, not what occurred at...wherever they are.

Tomo and Fei-fei don't appear to have secret identities. They're just themselves.

You can swoop in as an investigating hero, or maybe you were already there as Tevin for some reason, and put on your hero duds once you saw what was happening. Up to you.
You haven't met any of the other supers.
