It's a problem that all of us have faced at one time or another: too many games and too little time. I was going over my Savage Worlds PDFs and found about six different settings that I would love to run a campaign in. The problem is, I already run a Savage Worlds game on Wednesday nights and a Pathfinder game on Friday nights. My wife will divorce me if I sacrifice any more time for games. And here on GP, I'm running five games and two over on the Paizo boards! But the settings just look sooooo cool! And that doesn't address the dozen or so other games I'd like to start with other systems!

Have all your other games find a portal into another dimension and send each of them to a different setting you want to play.

I just got the Savage World book and learning the system. I point out to my wife that my hobbies Don’t involve boats or motorcycles, and then she’s happy seeing a grown man play with dice and make believe monsters.

She plays in both F2F games, actually.

That might work but not for long, and it would be _so_ exhausting! The poor man sounds tired enough as it is!
(Sorry, but I simply can't resist a straight line . . . .)

Feel your pain. My wife isn't a gamer so she has no interest in joining in and I play in one VTT game, one FtF game and Frosthaven once a week. I also want to fit in some reading and computer gaming.

You could stop sleeping. I'm annoyed that I waste 7-8 hours each night that could be used for gaming :P

Or you could do short campaigns to get a small taste of each setting. When my FtF group finishes up our current campaign I'll suggest a series of one shot (or two or three shot) to get through a lot of different games before we settle on something long term.

Or as mentioned above make it a dimension travelling campaign like an interdimensional quantum leap.

I can say this from personal experience. You are doing enough gaming already. If I were you, i'd try to find a way to put this excitement into what you are already doing, not expanding into more things. It's not about adding even more games to your plate, but finding a way to be this excited about what you are already running.

find what excites you about these other settings and try to add little bits to what you run now, so long as it wouldn't be too jarring to the players. Go to the setting you are currently running in and read more about those settings until you find that nugget that makes you this excited about them.

ultimately, put your family above your gaming. If you are running 2 weekly games and 7 play by post games, you are probably already doing a lot.
