MORALITY RULES:
I will be employing the Morality (Conflict) rules more or less as written in F&D, however we will not use the "Triggering Moral Strengths/Weaknesses" option. (Though you are welcome to still select a Strength/Weakness to help define your character.)
Please Note, my particular view on Morality is as follows:
1. Morality/Conflict is not a punishment, it's a storytelling tool (serving the same role as Obligation or Duty - it's a complication to be introduced into the storytelling).
2. Morality/Conflict is not me stating that you're evil as a whole (Yoda and Obi-Wan no doubt did things that gained them Conflict all the time, such as using dark pips), just that sometimes getting exactly the result you want may require ... deviation from the Jedi Code.
3. Morality/Conflict is a mechanic that I want you to actively engage with to guide your Actions and tell the story of your character.
4. I will not use it as a "Gotcha!" - I will notify you when something you've said bestows Conflict, and you will have the opportunity to choose whether or not you do it.
5. The Conflict Table is usually the "floor", particularly malicious "intent" may increase Conflict bestowed.
6. Conflict may come from the narrative and mechanics, like Fear checks, Nexii, etc, not just Force die.
