Intro

Hello everyone,

Just heard about Gamersplane a few minutes ago and I thought I'd immediately join, the site looks very neat and clean.
I've done quite a few PbP but in a generally freeform style without any game system attached. This might be the occasion for me to experience that. This might also help me build up my repertoire of systems - I've never even played a single edition of D&D (although I did acquire recently a copy of DCC) !

I'll wander around and tinker with the Tools.

Hi Hageru! If you don't mind me asking, where did you hear about GP? And if you end up with any feedback, please let me know!

There's a lot of DnD 5e around here, so you should be able to find a game quick if you want. I know a good chunk of Cypher happening too. It's a little slower right now, as we're reaching end of year and various holidays around the world, but things should pick back up soon!

As for my game systems :
I've been enjoying DMing and prepping my first session of DCC quite a lot.
I'm very keen on the Deadlands setting (as well as the Deadlands Classics system) but haven't played nearly as much as I would have liked.
I've played a bit of Dark Heresy but did not like it that much, played a lot of a French game called Polaris (underwater sci-fi).
I own a few books that I haven't had the opportunity to try out much : ASOIAF RPG, Earthdawn (old version), The One Ring, Discworld.
