Below are a selection of References, useful for newcomers and veterans alike. If you can help expand the offerings below, please make suggestions in OOC General Chat.
GENERAL
These links are full of information, quick references detailing rules regarding many aspects of the game. A good place to start if you have questions or are looking for ideas.
FFG Star Wars Dice Roll Probability Table (aka, "Am I Any Good at This?"
A dice roll probability table for those that are interested in understanding their chances of success (depending on skill vs difficulty), allowing you to understand how good your character is related to difficulty levels, consequently increasing the likelihood you'll make better choices and survive. :)
A Wealth of Diverse Knowledge
This link offers a lot, with basic outlines to character creation (EotE focus), gear, combat charts, and more than I care to list here. If you don't know where to look, try here. Of special interest are pages 15-17, listing skills, their associated characteristic, examples of their uses, and ideas on how you might spend extra successes, advantage, and triumph when using skills.
The Ultimate Condensed Star Wars Reference Sheet
This link leads to an amazing resource. As per the author's suggestion, I made a multi-page custom GM screen out of this for my table top game and literally have everything I need to run a game right in front of me; I also made a copy for the group. As far as I know, this reference covers everything regarding game mechanics in the core rule books (not character creation). The only thing I've added to it on my GM screen is the additional actions for players in starships and vehicles.
Click on the link and simply download the "Force and Destiny - System Cheat Sheet (Word)" and "FFG Star Wars Fonts" and you're good to go (you can find them about halfway down the site page). You can use it without the fonts, it'll just be a bit harder to interpret (the fonts are for the dice symbols to show properly).
