Help please.

My wife and I could really use some help. My mother-in-law hasn't been doing well and she feels she isn't going to be around much longer. My wife and I have decided to fly her from Arizona to Illinois to be with family. The three of us all feel it would be best for her. Gamers are notorious for helping their own so I'm hoping maybe you guys might be willing to help. Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everyone.
