I am seeing the list, but when I try a NEW PM, it gives me field names and does not appear to send.

I just sent you a PM. Again, you may just need to refresh the page. I thought I got browsers to stop caching files, but seems they're still doing it. Try refreshing a time or two, or force refresh (hold shift and push the refresh button on your browser).

Nope.... when I click the link to the PM, the screen blanks, starts to load, I see a "{{invalid date}}" for a split second then it refreshes and takes me back to PM list view.

Ok, found the bug, fixed now.
