A few "ease of action" things and some clarity on how this sausage is getting made.
1) Given the size of our game and the nature of PbP games, I will roll all initiatives. Typically combat will be side based, meaning all the PCs will go in one batch and then all the NPCs will go in one batch. I'll use the actual roles to determine which of you gets to act in a surprise round. In order to keep it "easy" to understand, I'll post the current combat lineup in Bold Teal. If your name is there, you are free to take your action. If not, no action for you!
E.G. Currently Up: Baraq, Ada, Krieger
2) Please roll attack and damage when you declare your attack. If you roll a 20, edit in an extra dice for the crit damage.
3) If you think your action will need a roll, post it. If I don't need/want it, I'll just ignore the result. :)
4) For the most part, we'll be doing Theater of the Mind for combat, though I can provide a simple Google Sheet type map if we need it for any reason.
5) I will track Inspiration for everyone. During combat, I will keep a running tally at the bottom of my posts in purple.

6.) I use a modified form of RAW Inspiration. Instead of being a boolean Yes or No, you instead can accumulate 2 points of Inspiration. Each has the same effect as RAW (turn your chosen d20 roll into an advantaged roll). However, the second point will fade if not used in 24 hours of game time. You can gift Inspiration to someone ONLY if they have no Inspiration currently. Please roll both D20s in the same post.
I think that's it. We'll see what happens when the dice get flying. :)
