Modifications to the character gen rules:

4d6, drop lowest in order (STR, INT, WIS, DEX, CON, CHA)

Homeworld
We will see during worldbuilding.

Hitpoints
Do not roll, start with max hitpoints.

Starting equipment
This is your pocket money. I will probably add some equipment for the group (like a ship?)

I find the book's attitude towards packages really stupid in two immediate ways. The 'Adventurer' background and training packages offer fewer skills - why? You wanna go creative? So here is your punishment of fewer skills! and then you can create new packages with GM (group) consent. So what do they want with this?

I agree greenvoid. I would expect the adventurer track to have the same number selected as that profession's packages have.

Yeah it's very superfluous.

On my side as long as it makes sense I have no problem with you switching one or two skills in an existing package to fit your character. (I guess I should've told you that earlier though... :/ )
The name of the package is not important, it's not a tag that will come into play later.
