Ok chaps, the time has come for me to try my hand at running something on here. I'll be running the Beyond the Rim adventure for Edge of the Empire so ideally I'll be looking for players who haven't read or played through it previously but it's not a non starter if you're really desperate to play. I'm happy for any characters to use any careers and specialisations from any of the official books but this will be primarily a 'Edge' game and the group will be starting on that basis so please bear that in mind. A couple of things worth noting:
- I'm uk based so I'll be most active daytimes and evenings GMT
- I'll probably be running combats using a side based turns for initiative (so all PC's go, then all NPC's go, repeat until combat done) just to cut down on discussions of who goes in which slots....this may change but that's my thinking at the moment.
- If things go well I'd like to keep it running as an extended campaign but for now I'm just committing to running through Beyond the Rim and we'll see how things go.
- Priority will go to new people (both new to GP and to the FFG Star Wars system) and to people who have run a lot of FFG Star Wars on here but not had chance to play much of it.
