Seems really overpowered at low and mid levels.

I would reduce hit points to 1d4.
Cardspells need more scaling. A 1st level character casting a 10d6 Fireball because they drew the Ace of Spades.
Would be a more interesting class if each suit was themed, akin to Domain spells.
Have an ability to draw 2 cards, then 3 cards at higher levels to unleash more powerful effects or spells.

Overall, as is, I agree with Constablebrew, overpowered at low to mid levels.

ive been trying to make a class like this for years except that it would involve Magic the Gathering cards.

I love the idea of the summoning, reminds me of Lost Kingdoms. The LP is very similar to Ki points with the Monk. There is the problem of damage scaling though. And there's also that the mage doesn't really have any options besides drawing a card and casting. They have light crossbows, but that's DEX based. I would give them access to 2 cantrips.
I also like the idea with the suits representing different things. Either a suit could be used to represent different classes (Wizard, Sorceror, Warlock, Cleric), or could be used to represent a different school of magic.
