Name: Lucas Krieger, Mister Jiggawatt(former)
Classification: B-3 Physical
Generation: Modern
Abilities: Cybernetic enhancements grant enhanced strength and agility, matter-energy conversion device housed inside prosthetic left arm. Artificial intelligence designated "Nikola" provides tactical knowledge and access to superhuman database.

Background: Lucas Krieger was a promising young athlete, until a car accident cost him his arm and the use of his legs. An anonymous benefactor donated the funds to repair his body, incorporating experimental technology into the design for some unknown purpose. The uncertainty about the purpose of his new abilities has not prevented him from pursuing a career as a hero.

Notes: While Lucas is powerful when "charged up," he can be overconfident in his abilities and can think of himself as invincible. As his body is composed of electricity, he is vulnerable to being grounded or shorted out by exposure to liquid. He can be self-sacrificing at times, and will often throw himself in front of danger to protect others, even if he risks being forced to revert to human form.

Name: Robert Hale
Classification: K-7 Kinetic
Generation: Bronze
Abilities: Low-level flight, light and heat projection, low-level strength and durability.

Background: Robert was a graduate astrophysics student studying under Professor Robert Kelly, later known as the hero Kessler, working on constructing a simulated red giant in an attempt to recreate the conditions under which Commander Nova was created. Owing to this, he now believes he is meant to continue the Commander's legacy as a hero.

Notes: Sunspot is self-centered and greatly overestimates his power, despite his similar power set to the Commander, he possesses a much weaker version, and his overconfidence can be exploited.

Name: Donna Stevens
Classification: C-2 Physical
Generation: Modern
Abilities: Matter-energy converter located in belt. Artificial intelligence designated "Maxwell" provides communications and access to superhuman database.

Background: Donna Stevens is a gifted engineering student currently attending Halcyon University. She has no innate superhuman abilities, but through observation was able to reverse-engineer the technology that Blitz uses to transform. He chose to take her on as his partner rather than let her fly around on her own with no experience.

Notes: Donna's greatest flaw is her lack of experience, but unlike her mentor her sound-based energy form has no clear weaknesses.
