Notes being forced public

I posted a private note to my DM that contained a quote. Another player posted that he could see most of the note. I know in the past there was a problem with OOC comments in a note making everything after the OOC comment public. This might be part of the same issue.

You're right. When I was having this issue before it involved quotes inside the note.

The player posted a screen shot showing what he can see. Everything after the first quote is visible.

Oh man, I'm so sorry! I completely forgot about this bug! Yah, there's an issue with quotes in notes that I haven't quite figured out. Unfortunately, regex is tough and I'm not an expert at um :/
